With this grant funded project, I had the pleasure of working with different groups of children, offering a unique opportunity for them to learn to use their imaginations and be creative. Experimenting with different mediums; painting, sculpture, photography and video, they were inspired to explore their artistic voice, inspiring a strong foundation to follow their artistic dreams.
Participating in “The Voice” gave the participants the occasion to showcase what they have learned, taking pride in exhibiting their artwork alongside established artists in a real gallery/working studio. 
Today, our school systems are challenged and art programs have been diminished. It is necessary to introduce children of all ages as to how important the arts are, and the role that they play within our communities. 
With this exhibition, these goals have been achieved. Everyone benefited from this experience and I feel certain that it will inspire further educational art programs as well as to bring awareness and support to the arts!
